[Resolved] Vodafone — MNP not processing | |
Since i was suffering from bad quality of your network, i have applied for MNP starting from Dec12, Dec23, jan24, Mar25, April 25, each of which was unsuccesful.Of this the last application only you have send SMS indication the reason of failure.The rest all you have ignored keeping me in dark.Do you want me to throw away the SIM and take a new Number.When trying to escalate this issue by calling 111, The Agent is hanging on me after telling to wait for 1 minute.
