[Resolved] Vodafone — Mobile Banking | |||||
I have recently opened a NRI account with the bank (Customer ID[protected]. The webpage displays option for downloading the yesbank mobile app, so I assumed that the bank provides a mobile banking facility for NRIs like all other banks. After opening the account I was surprised to learn that the bank does not support mobile banking for NRIs. When raised the issue with th Bank I was informed that mobile banking is not available for NRIs and they do not know when it will be made available. The link on the webpage is deceiving customers into thinking that Yes Bank like any other bank provides mobile banking to their customers. Please either remove the link of mobile banking from the web page or mention that the app that can be downloaded is only a chatbot app and not a full scale mobile app. Was this information helpful? | |||||
