HI Team,
i did 110rs mobile rechare last sunday means(20-sep-2015 at 10:00pm) but i didnt get that amount.i talked with your customer care people also they told the transaction you did it was failed you will get amount within 5 working days, but almost 6 working days gone still i didnt get my money. i never loose to my amount.please credit my amount to my mobile.

i am adding my bank statement also.pls refer that transaction.
and your people always playing with customer money.please credit that money as early as possible.
