Vodafone — Net pack | |||
I have taken a net pack service from Vodafone. On *111*7# I have choosen a 2G net pack of ₹128 for 400 MB which was valid for 28 days but in actual I received 525 MB just for 18 days. I had a talk with customer care and their seniors but no one helped me. They kept on saying pack cannot be extended or money cannot be refunded. Was this information helpful? | |||
