Vodafone — network issue and very weak internet | |||
Respected sir/madam, This complaint is regarding vodafone as it gives a very bad mobile network and super weak internet even though paying them as they bill us under the scheme. I have complaint them several times but they haven't responded to the same and also their week internet network is so bad that it shows 4g but takes a long time to open a webpage. This is totally a fraud way to earn money. Even on calls to customer care i have asked them about what speed is given in this scheme. They always respond that all is fine and check your handset. Delete cookies and history etc. But seriously as per my knowledge the same didn't worked anytime. Request you to please do the needful.
