Vodafone — network issues and ridiculous customer care services | |||||
Its ridiculous to see how vodafone customer care centres address issues. I have serious network issues in my area and surprisingly as a loyal customer, i have 08 vodafone numbers. Inspite of multiple complaints, visit to vodafone stores, the issue has not been addressed. When asked to be connected to a senior official, i was denied stating the "official is not around to take calls, hence call back later". I stay in kirti nagar, new delhi and i have been waiting patiently to have the networ issue resolved from the last 02 months. So many advertisements, promotion campaigns, videos etc just to cheat consumers? Can this be addressed now? Was this information helpful? | |||||
