Vodafone — New SIM activation issue.

I have taken a Vodafone pre-paid SIM ([protected]) in the name of my daughter Shivangi Singh on 05/10/16 from a shop near Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering college. As the SIM was not activated, I have written a mail regarding it to vodafone care.[protected]@vodafone.com on 09/10/16. I have been assured that my problem would be resolved within 72 hrs. But till today the sim is not activated. When I contacted to vodafone customer care Delhi no [protected] I have been informed that my documents is not reached to vodafone office so they can not help me. It has gone 12 days after getting my sim still the company is not clear wheny sim would be activated. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

Mob no [protected] was rechareged 10.10.2016 with 180/- Rs and after half an hour it's balance was reversed by same mobile no. of Retailer Mr.Ramesh Kumawat, Akola, Dist Chittor [protected]. I have paid cash to him. for zero balance. TM chittor suggested me to go consumer court against retailer and company. I have their voice recording in my mobile
