Vodafone — New SIM Tele Verification Number 59059 Not Working

A few days ago I ported my mobile number from BSNL to Idea. After porting was accepted, I inserted the new Idea sim in the only sim slot of my iPhone. Then I called 59059 for tele verification as instructed. But the automated voice response said "this number is for new sim verification, for other services dial 199". And then the call got immediately disconnected.

I tried this 40-50 times. But every time result was the same. So what is the solution? How to get my new Idea Vi sim activated?
