Vodafone — No 3G network / very bad internet service

I have used vodafone for more than 4 years for both calls and 3G internet service. For the past 10 days I am hardly getting any 3G network. I am not able to use the internet service even for 1 hour in a day, even after paying for a 3G plan. Kindly look into the matter asap.
