[Resolved] Vodafone — No / poor Data network | |
Hi,
I am facing problem of No / poor data network in one particular area (Vaishali nagar in Indore). Incidently my residence is here, hence major time of day I don't get data network.
I have complained on this issue 3 times to Vodafone call centre, they are neither understanding the problem nor showing any intent to understand. I am repeatedly told to refresh settings or reboot mobile. I have done it still no improvement. This problem is not there when I move away by about 500 metres on any direction.
Your help is required to make Vodafone realise customers' actual issues. Was this information helpful? | |
