My vodafone sim got deactivated due to non usage.
I wrote it to vodafone customer care email and they told me to visit the vodafone store.
So i visited the store but they told me that my number is only available in postpaid.
So again i complained on mail and told again to visit store. And again same thing happened in the store.
There is lot of confusion.
