Vodafone — Outgoing barred after payment to whole day | |||||
I am using vodafone since so many years. Always had some or the other problem. Sometimes the over billing. Irony! I can not sit and calculate every single minute charges they charges for call and data. This time i paid my bill and my phone is still not working its been 1 and half day.In todays time when one do all the work from mobile. Its tough to be without phone services. I called vodafone four time and asked to connect to their manager. These big companies have few permanent lines to repeat every time. 1. We are very sorry for your inconvenience 2. I understand your problem. 3 we are happy to help and list goes on... I have been promised that my problem will sorted in 2 hours and that two hours has nt completed after one and half days. I think they have given me the time of some other planet where i dot know when two hours get completed. Irony is they earn from customer. And customer is the only person who is always get troubled by their services. Basically its a trap. And we common people can not do any thing against them. We poor people without any single power.
