I have updated the spelling of my First name and submitted proof to the Thakur Village Store in July and visited the 3 times but every time I get a new reference no.[protected] / 12005112 and many more but nobody acts on the same. The 198 customer helpline just put me on IVR for over 10 mins and no supervisor comes on line... PATHETIC SERVICE
