I am tired of complaining to vodafone since last 15 days but have only got false commitment that i will get a call from their network team.
Sir this is on going for the last 15 days and i am now tired with this.
Today while i was registering my complaint (Complaint no: mum-v[protected]) an advisor has hung up the call. This is utterly a very bad experience, sir we invest our hard earned money and get treated like this is so not right.
I am suffering loss as of work from home and my children cannot access data for online schools.
Please pick this up on a priority.
