We already discussed many times for billing related issues with vodafone, and already paid extra in last 4 months.
Mail and twitter also i was done but issue not resolved.
At 12 november 2017, we put a request for converting postpaid to prepaid, but after 15 days no conversion, and your customer support executive name niisha, she called us and without our confirmation she activated 149 plan on our number. We request many times, but no response, and that time she didn't told us that in 149 plan, only 300 vodafone to vodafone minutes, she told us, 300 minutes for every connection not particular on vodafone.
We have an receipt of submitted amount and conversion slip for postpaid to prepaid connection, please help us, we can't use plan, if we not gotted any solution from your side.
