Vodafone — Postpaid to prepaid number change | |||||
One month ago, i have visited vodafone store and request them to change my number from postpaid to prepaid. They asked me to pay the bill and i did the same. They told me that my request has been generated and my number will change in prepaid after two hours. They also gave me a prepaid sim. But now after one month i am receiving the bill again. Then why should i pay the bill again when i requested them to change my number into prepaid??? Was this information helpful? | |||||
