Hi, I can be reached at [protected] during normal business hours and I haven’t received any call at this number from [protected]. I have records handy with me and there is no miss call alert as well. The numbers are still not active and this is final reminder else I will be writing a letter to the corporate office as my last option. From Vodafone customer care I got information that my documents haven't yet reached to Vodafone office. I contacted Sales agent Sandeep who took my call in conference with your RM on 19/01/2014 at 12.35 pm and was assured that it would be activated by Monday afternoon but so far nothing has been done. I already have 4 vodaphone numbers in my family and wanted to extend it to 6. Is it the service you are providing to your loyal customer for long?? The simple number activation is such a hassle in your company?? And your RM'S are so unprofessional to fulfill thrie commitments?? Will you rectify this or wants me to change the network of all my Vodafone numbers to other better service giving company??? Let's see your reply and action on this.
