Vodafone Punjab — company demanding money to activate my own number
Hi sir, I am vodafone prepaid customer from 2010. My number was [protected]. This number was deactivated on jan 2017 saying that number was not used for last 3 months but fact was it was out of sim for 1 month because of mobile instrument issue. Now from march 2017 i am asking to activate my own number they said you need to give 15000 to activate back. Multiple time i asked for the number on vodafone twitter handle. The only thing they replied that we are working on this and we will call you back but there is no response from them. Now when i called to vodafone punjab nodal office the officer said that as you are not requested the number in 90 days so we can not activate this free of cost. The fact was i start asking for activation of this number in march but my request is not considered. The number is still deactivated but they didnot return back my number. Please help me to return back my number. Was this information helpful?
