Vodafone — Refund denied

Vodafone deducted 90 rupees from my account for for some web activated service which i didnt want in the first place.now when i asked them to stop it and refund it they said u should have called within 24 hrs so they cannot refund my money.but i was not informed about this 24 hrs policy beforehand and they did not even inform me about this service actvation and balance deduction.they misguide customers.i want my refund
