I have postpaid nos. [protected] & [protected] under cug scheme. I had requested for 199 data plan for both nos. dated 13/08/2015 but second no. confirmed for activation of data plan.But dated 25/11/2015 I am getting shocked when customer care told me that your first no. also has 199 dataplan.Than I requested for deactivation of that plan.Now today customer care told me that your second no. plan was changed.I am very surprised how they can change plan of two nos. in different way for same request.do needfull as early as possible otherwise I want to go to other ways.
