I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Post Paid Plans
The issue that I have experienced was: Inspite of settling down complete payment for the Vodafone Postpaid bill by visiting Vodafone Store before closing connection. Vodafone is again and again sending me for extra Bill of 610.89 Rs. Here is excerpt of the message "Closing Postpaid account for mobile number [protected] Ac ID:[protected] post complete settlement. Still bill is coming for Rs 610.89. Even closed this number now. Very shame and worst services." Please help me with this trauma of settling down.
It occurred on: 9/12/2020
Settle my bill immediately and close this connection with immediate effect.
