Vodafone — Requesting Complaint But No Balance Refund

As discussed many times but vodafone care does not responding on same. My Mobile no. [protected]. My Rs 20 balance Deducted on 20 Dec 2015 at 7.44 pm, i called many times but no response from care side.Rs 35 deducted on 24 Dec 2015, i called care but they deny to refund my balance. Please resolve the problem as soon as possible.
