Vodafone — Rs.99 charged two times without my consent.

I have been charged Rs.99 two times (today - 28/01/2015) within a day for god knows what website.
I talked with customer care and they replied that I have been charged for some download but the point is I have not downloaded any such thing to pay for.
This is such a ridiculous way of charging us for something that we have not used.
Vodafone services should improve their securities so that we are not charged for such things.
I do a recharge of about Rs.500 every month with Rs.200 3g net booster still there is no kind of good response from the company side.
This is for vodafone company that if I am not refunded with the full amount I will make sure to port out of your company or buy a new sim of some other company.
Make sure that you respond to me soon.
I am not being rude but it's just that I am not willing to pay for some popup virus or website or whatsoever.
