I am a Vodafone user for 5 years. Suddenly in Feb 2023 I got a call from Vodafone office and they said that my main balance is negative. They also said me to recharge extra 500rs. I asked them how my main balance is negative they said that I have a due while Port from another sim. But I don't have any due. My main balance is negative (-) 813rs. And now they even stopped all services without making any call . I tried to Port my number to another sim but it failed. Now my main balance is showing negative (-) 813 Rs. I don't know why this is happening. This is my prepaid SIM how its possible for negative balance. Customer care officer also unable to provide any reason why my balance shows negative.
