Vodafone — To deactivate Services - Which wasn't activated by me

I am a customer of Vodafone Idea my number is [protected]
I received the below messages, and I have been charged for them without my consent or without me activating any of the services:

Your balance is Rs. 248.47

On 15 September 2022

A total of Rs. 150 has been deducted till now. I have not subscribed to or activated any of these services, I don't find these services in my account on the Vi app, but in history, the messages for payment is there.
Also, note the when I tried to deactivate by sending STOP to 155223, I couldn't find any option to deactivate these in the message received.

Please do the needful, deactivate these services, and refund the deducted amount in my account.
