Hi,
My VI number is [protected] and I have been unfairly charged over INR 7000 for apparently using this number for incoming/outgoing calls while on international roaming.
I have contacted customer service and the appellate several times but they keep insisting the bill is correct and I have been rightly charged. I have not taken or made a single call on international roaming in Nov-Dec & to date but I am still being charged for every incoming call.
On several occasions, I asked to escalate this matter to a technical team or to someone who can help investigate, but there is no progress.
I have paid the last two months' basic bill amount but they have disconnected the line citing nonpayment of the due amount.
This is very unfair, earlier, I received calls from their team with people shouting and arguing with me that the charges are correct and forcing me to agree with them. Unbelievable!
