Vodafone — Unnecessary Extra Bill Has Been Charged | |||
Hi This is munish bearing vodafone number [protected] pospaid connection in gurgaon. Last month I was on roaming, I had 1 GB data plan. Suddenly without confirmation someone changed data plan from 1 GB to 500 MB. That is one thing. Also vodafone didnot intimate that after this limit they will charge according to their wishes. Last month i.e. April I got bill of Rs 1792. my monthly rental is 374. I never received bill of more than Rs 600. How can vodafone charge Rs1300 for internet use only. Even unlimited plan does not cost more than Rs 300. This is how vodafone looting peoples. I should have been informed about data charges or I should have given restriction to use. How can you peoples charge unnecessarily according to your wish. Was this information helpful? | |||
