[Resolved] Vodafone — "upc cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider" | |||
Since Vodafone is not able to provide data service to my location i am trying to port my number to another cellular network service provider. When i am trying to generate porting code i am getting below message. "upc cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider" After discussion with idea helpdesk they asked me to visit Vodafone showroom. Showroom people saying that i have plan with discount so they discontinued that plan too but still not able to generate upc code. I am still getting same issue. Vodafone service desk is unable to provide any solution and there network service is worst after there coloration with idea. Please help me to get out of Vodafone network. I am not getting UPC on messaging PORT to 1900.

I m also facing the same issue with Vodafone, while requesting for PORT I m getting message that due to contractual obligations we cannot port your number. My bills everything I paid in advance but they never look into the complaint.
Telecom department should take action against them for putting customers into contractual agreements without informing them.
