Vodafone — vodafone number activation problem | |||
My number had been ported from postpaid to prepaid. Firstly, it took one week to change to prepaid during which my number was deactivated for 2 days without any explanatiion and after the process my number had been deactivated thrice now even after submitting to the company all the required documentation. Every time I go to the vodafone office to get the issue sorted out, all they ask, is to wait for sometime but no solution provided as yet. Was this information helpful? | |||
