I have been a Vodafone customer since long and even so, I am facing a very hard time getting my phone migrated from Postpaid to Prepaid.
Inspite of paying more than the monthly bill, visiting the Vodafone store multiple times, logging numerous complaints at Vodafone Customer Care (see below email for complaint numbers) and emailing complaints to corpcare.[protected]@vodafone.com, my number is not getting migrated to Prepaid. Even after getting the request processed personally in front of me at the Vodafone store, when I call the customer care to get the status, I get the feedback that there is no request logged for migration to Prepaid by the Vodafone store. following up with Vodafone guys from 6th Sept 2017.
I have been a faithful customer of Vodafone since years and I get a feeling that Vodafone is playing with me and I am seriously annoyed with Vodafone. Was this information helpful? |
