Vodafone — Vodafone prepaid conversion | |||
My self shanmuka susruth using mobile number [protected] since 10 yrs. Last year i have lost my sim, not to lose my number i opted for post paid connection by depositing 1500rs. Now i'm no more interested in postpaid and want to convert my sim to a prepaid connection. Submitted the required documents (Aadhar and passport size photo) on 28th june 2017 in vodafone store (Warangal) and they asked me to wait 3 working days. As the store authority said me to wait so i did. After 5 days i. E., 3rd july i called customer care of vodafone, came to know that my documents are received on that day itself from the store. As usual asked me to wait for 48 hrs, no result after waiting for 48hrs. This keeps on repeating, the reasons for not processing my request are unbelievable. Sometimes documents problem and sometimes visit store again. I need to ask a question when vodafone executive said that they have received my documents on 3rd july. How will be the problem of documents araise again? It's been 12 days and still waiting but no proper response from the team. Because of this i wasted my time, can they give my time back.?
