[Resolved]  Vodafone — Vodafone prepaid roaming not working , for the incoming call my main balance amoung get deducted

Dear Consumer, Actually i am coming from chennai and i staying at banaglore. Recently i recharged Rs 76 with National Roaming (https://www.vodafone.in/prepaid/roaming/pages/nationalroam_che.aspx?cid=che) to avoid incoming calls amount deduction. After my recharge today i had received a incoming call from chennai, my main amount was deducted(Rs 14). Can you please resolve. Regards Rosan [protected]
