[Resolved] Vodafone — Vodafone robbed my money by giving false commitments | |||||
Dear Team This refers to the mobile number +91 [protected] which is registered under my name Ms.Vrushali v Pawar, I would like to inform you that i am extremely disappointed by the Vodafone service provided to me on the mentioned number, I had my number deactivated since Aug 2016 due to the wrong charges charged to me by the vodafone, However had thought of resolving the issues with the vodafone and settling the bills, which is where my decency and my honesty was paid back to me resulting in the rob of INR 2800, As i had received a mail from Vodafone stating the contact number +(91)-[protected] of Mr.Deepak Khemnar for any assistance, i called this person, A guy came online saying he is Deepak and would assist me in my issue, he also committed that if i pay now the amount he will give me a waiver of INR 802 and also would convert my post paid number to prepaid and send the new sim to my within 4 hours, Hence i had made a payment of 2800/- as per him and gave him a reference number to activate my number ASAP, I never suspected him as his number was given to me by the vodafone itself. However after receiving the payment he said that he would get back to me and also send his executive to deliver the sim, Inspite of the day passing by i had no communcation from vodafone sales end and hence had no options then to recall him back on the given number, on receiving the call, it took almost 5 mins to identify the Guy Deepak who had given me this commitment as the now guy on phone says we have many deepak working with us and they dont know who had taken the payment, Ok even after this he traced by details and said that activation is in process and will get sorted by days end, again i had to wait for a day more and finally after calling them on 4th day the answer they gave is "they will not activate the number as its was a ported number and now activation was not possible", on arguing with him on this, he said do you think that you would run away without paying us the money back to Vodafone, to make you pay the bill we had given you this . Its so pathetic and adsurd to know that a company like Vodafone and go upto such level dowm to get their paymentsfrom theire customers, Atlease they should have taken the loyalty and the period of their service utility of that particular customer before doing such shameful act.
