Vodafone — Vodafone "UPC cannot be generated for the reasons- [1] Age on Network less than 90 days, [2] Contractual obligations"

Since Vodafone Idea VI is not able to provide data service to my location i am trying to port my number to another cellular network service provider. When i am trying to generate porting code i am getting below message.
"UPC cannot be generated for the reasons- [1] Age on Network less than 90 days, [2] Contractual obligations. Please contact your service provider for further assistance."

After discussion with idea helpdesk they asked me to visit Vodafone showroom. Representative at the Vi store informed me that they cannot do anything regarding this and when i complaint about getting no network at my residence Vi Vodafone stated me that this is the best connection they can provide which is literally no connection.

Vodafone service desk is unable to provide any solution and there network service is worst after there coloration with idea.

Please help me to get out of Vodafone network. I don't want to continue so please let me generate a porting code
