Vodafone — Vodafone + value added services got activated without my consent | |||||
I am using vodafone prepaid from last 5 years. Recently i took internet and in my browser settings all popups are blocked also. However when ever i use, internet, some value added services gets activated automatically without my knowledge. When i recieve sms of activation i realise and balance got deducted. This happened 5 times. When i call customer care they are not ready to take responsibility and telling it is a third party and so they dont have much information about this. I sent many emails and most of the time will receive very delayed responses without proper resolution. Was this information helpful? | |||||
