I have been served Notice by VODAFONE regarding Unsolicited Commercial Communication(UCC) from my mobile no.[protected] to (M) no.88666xxxxx dtd.15/07/2014.The Company has disconnected my following mob.numbers without giving any documentary proofs. (M)-[protected], (M)-[protected] (VIP) (M)-[protected]. I inquired about this notice and Co.informed to me that I have send SMS to Mob.No.88666xxxxx on 15/07/2014 which is unsolicited commercial communication.In this case I have to inform you that I am not telemaker and I have not send any commercial message to above mentioned party.I request to let me know the documentary evidence for the same.Further.I want justice for illegal disconnected my 3 mobile connections mentioned here-in-above.I request to instruct to vodafone company for re-activation of my disconnected numbers immediately.
