Vodafone — wrong commitment for give plan | |||||
Hi vodafone team, Sorry in advance for legal action!!! Previously i was using idea service provider in which i used to get 6gb 4g internet Before some days ago i got call from one vodafone executive with "[protected] sana" this number. She was explained me one plan as below : 23 gb 4g speed internet life time So i got interested and get portability. Now automatically plan reduced to 3 gb so this is not fair. I have also contacted that lady but first she told me i will call you back in sometime after checking the data into system. But still i don't get any reply from her. Moreover, i called her in "[protected] sana" this number more than 30 times but she was not receiving my phone. This is not the right practice to earn profit bye making customer fool. Remember you people make customer fool only one time not all the time I want genuine reply asap otherwise i will make portability to some other service providers and file case against you Request you to do needful Best regards, Ashish patel Was this information helpful? | |||||
