Dear sir, I am Sachin from Maharashtra my Vodafone no. Is [protected] my Rs.198 balance is reduce in 16/12/2014 my Vodafone no.then I am calling vodafone care sr.executive told me that your bal is refund will be 24 hrs.then i am calling second time verify my complaint status but that time vodafone executive told me your complaint is not registerd nd not refund your ammount. They said I have download mydala service Rs.99 nd Vodafone hellotv south Indial pack Rs.99 total 198 amt.finaly didnt register my complaint on repeated request nd even didn't forworded my call to any senior officer.
