Vodafone — wrongly charged form last 6 months | |||||
I am writing this email out of frustration and anger. I had enough of you guys. From last 6 months i have been wrongly charged, evertime i step in to the vodafone shop they tell me to make the payment and the request which i have given long back to change from postapiad to prepaid will be done in few hours which was never done. Customercare and people sitting in the vodafone shop are so pathetic they dont even know how to talk forget about resolving customer issue. I only used my vodafone number for incoming call with the rental of 99, how can my bill be 1200. I have been paying bill from last 6 smonths without even using your serivce. (Sometime you all charged me for internet usage). I want you to resolve this issue now i am not going to make any payment now, dnt even call and say please make the payment you will really have a terrible day. Was this information helpful? | |||||
