Vodfone — Cheating by vodafone customer care

I was using tariff plan which had monthly rental of Rs.249/- and 1GB 3G internet plan of Rs.250/-. Thus total of Rs.499/- I had received call from Vodafone some time in December 2014 for change of my internet plan some time in December 2014. I was informed that in Rs.499/- I will get the same benefits which I was using at the date of the call; and was offered additional 1GB 3G internet by him at the same total amount which I was being charged earlier i.e without any extra cost. He asked for my permission to change the plan. I repeatedly confirmed the offer from him in return he said that now Vodafone is offering 2GB 3G internet in Rs.250/- and only internet plane is going to be changed and my monthly rental plan will be same as earlier, to which I gave my permission to activate the offer what he mentioned. But the plan activated is some thing very different; and I am getting huge billing from that day. [protected]
