The police stopped us and asked us to pay previous challans on the bike or else they told they will seize the bike there is no customer care option in the vogo to contact them and there is written that pay the fines and claim a refund after ending the ride and after ending the ride I tried to upload the payment screenshots and all but there is no option in vogo it is showing only camera option while it’s totally online how can we get a printed receipt it’s ridiculous customer care was horrible Was this information helpful? |
