Vogo — Bike breakdown - refund | |||||
Hi, I have taken a 2 month rental for our restaurant. Booking ID - J8ZY17L On day one, the below issues occured : - bike 1, seat didn't open. Unable to refuel. - bike 2, battery dies. Doesn't start anymore - bike 3, none of the buttons work - neither seat nor on/off nor lock - bike 4, rear tyre was flat. At petrol bunk I repaired at my own cost. But leak was from rims Day 2- exchanged for bike 5 Day 3... Didn't use Day 4.. - bike 5- started today.. then stopped in 5 metres. Display turned off, and it's not connecting with the phone. no response whatsoever. - I have asked for my 4 breakdown limit to be reset and your customer reps only do one. Then I have to call back and explain everything to your vogo person for another 15-20 mins every time it breaks down. Which as you can see.. is A LOT!!! As you can see, my experience has been terrible. This was taken for our restaurant and we have been unable to become operational due to these issues. I want all my money back, PLUS additional rs 750 for repair, fuel and multiple trips made to your vogo station to pick up another bike. You people have given a horrible service and I expect full refund. I am not paying YOU to repair YOUR bikes and then end up using Ola anyway. Was this information helpful? | |||||
