Vogo — Lack of Integrity

I used the bike for almost a month and spent close to 5000 and had a pathetic experience in the last booking where I had booked for 5 days and the bike went missing in the evening and had raised a complaint with VOGO folks who promised that they will put their best team and find a solution! Which they did not do it even after 24 hours!! Meanwhile I was trying my luck to retrieve the bike with the help of my network and I finally retrieved where the bike was stolen and dumped at a roadside next day! I called the VOGO guys immediately only to hear that they have already ended my ride and money can’t be refunded!! So lost 1000 bucks just like that!!! VOGO team, I was planning to rent it for 6 months and I was just trying out and good that I just lost 1000... else I would have lost 25000!!! Come on guys, Grow up and show some integrity!!! All your bikes are keyless and vulnerable to theft, so don’t put that burden on customers!!!

Had a similar experience last night. Terribly shocked and still awestruck with this fraudulent activity. I am a practising Surgeon and my scooter was missing from outside my clinic. 10.30pm at night i was wandering on the streets thinking of all possibilities that it might have been gone.. theft, police tow away everything i thought of.. only to receive one message on the vogo app 'we have ended your ride' with no explanation nothing. The details only mentioned cancellation charge and maintenance fee. I had booked it for a month and this was on the 7th day of my package. CUSTOMER support, vogohelp through mail, everything in vain. They now want me to send them cctv footage of the parking area as proof that there was no tampering of the scooter from my end. Even a person with zero IQ which we term as a ###, would find it baseless to try and tamper the scooter when the app is already installed on my phone been a continuous user since past 6 months. The most disgusting part was the way it was towed away without any information, confirmation or consent. The only thing told to me was tampering was illegal which apparently happened when the scooter was under my care. Suppose its true what they r saying, In such a circumstance, aren't the concerned authority supposed to call the registered number and alert the CUSTOMER that there might be an attempt of theft of the scooter? They call everyday for scooter maintainance and those stuff, but in this case, the scooter disappeared! ###!
