I had registered with vogo keep monthly rental plan and got a scooter. That scooter's condition was so bad that i had to do the swap with other scooter.
I initiated the swap function in electronic city ph-1 vogo zone and swapped it instantly. But there was my helmet inside it which was now locked inside the seat of the previous scooter. I asked the customer care representative right away about this problem and they raised a ticket regarding the same.

When i called customer care again regarding this issue later on, they said that there was no helmet found inside the seat of that scooter and so i wud not be able to retrieve it.
This is unacceptable and hence i m raising a complaint for the same. Was this information helpful? |
