Volkswagen Finance India — Holding my registered cars illegally

I have purchased the 2 skoda cars from one of the dealer skoda dealer, the said dealer mr puneet kumar is on run and have closed down all his showrooms and have cheated people to a great extent, vwfs being skoda sister concern have been dealing with the said dealer for years.
Omething has gone wrong somwhere between the dealer and vwfs since they use to finance their dealers.
To settle their personal score vwfs have illegally kept my cars registered in my name illegally with them since lat six moths the said cars are rto registered in my name.
I have been visiting volks wagen office in andheri since last 6 months but nothing has been happening, one mr claus is responsible for this act.
Holding my personal cars and keeping in their custody i really dont understand the reason behind the same.
