Vehicle Name: Volkswagen Ameo Highline 1.5 TDI
Incident 1 : On 7th Oct, our Ameo Highline 1.5 TDI was left in Kun Volkswagen service centre, Perungudi for body painting work. Ref attached invoice. Vehicle was handed over to us on 11th Oct PM hrs. That is when we noticed multiple scratches/ scribbling on the instrument cluster. We didn't even remove the sticker right from delivery and were in a shock to see our car like this. And a Saibaba idol that was stuck on the dashboard was also found damaged. The picture was torn.
Incident 2 : On 16th Oct we had again left our car in the same service centre for sensor issue. We received our car back on 17th Oct Am hrs. Again a shocker to us this time as well. The key chain that was attached to our key was missing. This might look silly but we are very unhappy with the kind of service being provided by Volkswagen.
Both these incidents were reported to the service advisors but no action or response on this so far.
Request your earliest intervention and replacement of instrument cluster on your cost.
