I am a proud owner of Volkswagen Vento for more than ten years .
I bought the Car in Trichy, TN with registration No TN 45 BY 3390, the service support I got there was excellent and during the last 2 years when I moved to Vellore, the service support there also was very good.
I have always endeavored to get my vehicle serviced in Volkswagen authorized center which is evident from the records available in your computer.
Recently, I moved in to Bangalore and I had given my car for servicing A/c with Apple Auto pvt. Ltd, Whitefield, Bangalore on 07th Sept 2021.
After initial inspection they asked me to change the condenser for which I agreed and paid a sum of Rs. 13, 914/-. After replacement also, the A/c was not functioning, the service is so poor and I had to go to the service centre again.
After keeping the vehicle for more than a day they are now telling that I have to replace the compressor for which I had to pay another Rs. 30, 000/-.
If I was informed about this in the beginning itself I wouldn't have decided to change the condenser. Now, I had spent money and my problem still persists.
When asked for explanation, they are not giving a convincing reply.
Not satisfied I had taken my vehicle back and I have to get it serviced from other private people where there is much proficiency to handle this.
The car was given for fixing the A/c Issue. I get a feeling there is no competency for servicing here.
I'm used to a good service from Volkswagen service centres in Trichy and Vellore, Tamil nadu and my present experience here is very bad.
Never I have questioned the cost of service before, in the present case, I had spent money but my problem is not solved and hence I would request you to please refund the money spent on service amounting to Rs.13, 914/- (Repair order No. SOA2104664 dt. 07th Sept. 2021).
I would be thankful for your attention to this and looking forward to a reply on this.
