My volkswagen 2015 model comfortline polo (Petrol) )met with an accident at Kozhikode, Kerala during journey on 1 August 20.
Steering was not responding and the vehicle could not turn. That was the reason for the accident.
I had done all the services at the right time.
Considering only safety and security I selected VolksWagen.
Now I have to spend 1.90 lakks for repair. What can I do ? What kind of safety can I expect from a Volkswagen vehicle ?
I have to register a complaint and I am not interested in using the vehicle anymore.Vehicle is at Phoenix VolksWagen, Kozhikode.
