Voltas — Ac cooling problem | |||
Hie... I am Akshay Luthra from Dehradun Uttarakhand . I have complained about my 2ton split not cooling properly to your customer care representative. My complain request is [protected]. It has been 2 weeks since I made a complain but there is no response to it and my Ac is not repaired yet. They said that there is a problem in your a.c compressor. It has been 2 years since I bought the a.c and the company guarantees 5years warranty. Plz help me out. Get it repaired as soon as possible bcoz it's summers. I am ready to pay for repairs which does not comes in warranty but please get it repaired. Dehradun voltas service centre has my complain but they are not responding and not receiving my calls to.
