Voltas — AC is not cooling at all. | |||||
I had purchased my Voltas 185JY 1.5 Ton 5 star air conditioner from Snap deal on 20 Feb, 2016. After some time AC performance started dipping and then it stopped cooling and when I contacted the customer care, they were not showing any attentiveness to solve the problem and were started giving service promise in 24 hours but no one has serviced. They didn't even send me my complaint reference no. which I asked them by calling them which is [protected]. And when I asked them about the contact no. of assigned authority to whom I could contact, they gave me a dead no. which does not exist which was [protected]. I do not know what to do with this issue as what I think that Voltas is a responsible company and it knows it's duty for its customer and have good faith in the market. I just contacted your local service centre whose contact no. was given by the customer care executive. He clearly said we could not help you and asked me to contact the retailer from where I purchased the product. It is a huge hole in your service. I would wait some more days and then looking to raise my issue at District Consumer forum because it is now more than just a product issue.
